Ohel Clips Noori with Patted Nine

Nível 22 : 12,000/24,000, 0 ante

Farzad Bonyadi raised, Randy Ohel three-bet and Michael Noori cold-called. Bonyadi also joined the action, drawing three while Ohel patted and Noori peeled two. Ohel fired, earning two calls and Noori took one and Bonyadi two. Ohel bet and only Noori stayed for the last draw. He drew one again and led out. Ohel called.

Noori had a pair of sevens and Ohel exposed {9-}{7-}{6-}{4-}{3-} to rake in the pot.

"You patted a nine?" Noori asked.

"Unbelievable!" he added, throwing his cards across the table in frustration.

Sheng Cracks Patted Hand with a Rivered Wheel

Nível 22 : 12,000/24,000, 0 ante

Quek Sheng raised and Hanh Tran made it three bets. "Oh, not you," Sheng laughed but called anyway.

Tran patted right away and Sheng kept drawing one the whole way. He called after the first draw and raised after the second. "Nice try," Tran said, calling and patting again. Tran fired on the river but Sheng made it two bets again. Tran called.

Sheng rolled over {7-}{5-}{4-}{3-}{2-} for the wheel, thanking the dealer.

Sheng Scores a Double

Nível 22 : 12,000/24,000, 0 ante

Quek Sheng raised and Matt Glantz three-bet behind him. Sheng said, "let's put it in" and Glantz agreed. Sheng counted his stack and he had 43,000.

Both drew one card and Sheng drew one on the second as well. Glantz patted but when Sheng patted on the third draw, Glantz paused. He thought about breaking his {9-}{7-}{6-}{3-}{2-} but eventually patted. It wasn't enough as Sheng made {8-}{7-}{5-}{3-}{2-} and doubled.

Noori Passes the Torch to Ohel

Nível 22 : 12,000/24,000, 0 ante

Randy Ohel has been walking on water so far on the final day. He's already up to 1.2 million after claiming one of many pots. His latest target was Kristijonas Andrulis who raised in position and Ohel called in the big blind.

Ohel drew two, showing aces and Andrulis changed one. Ohel led out, Andrulis called and both discarded one. Ohel fired again, earning one more call. He stood pat on the last draw and Andrulis changed one. Two checks followed and Ohel turned up {9-}{8-}{6-}{4-}{2-} for the winner.

"I totally get it. That was me for two days," Michael Noori said, indicating his incredible run through the first two days that saw him finish as a back-to-back chip leader.

"It's unreal," Ohel agreed.
