On sixth street, Kyle Miaso bet out 1,000 and Jared Bleznick raised to 2,000. Miaso called, and then check-called a bet on seventh.

Berg Check-Raises Noori

Nível 1 : 500/1,000, 0 ante

Badeucey

Lawrence Berg had just taken a seat but he hopped right into a big pot against Mike Noori. After second draw in badeucey, Berg check-raised and Noori called. Berg patted and Noori drew. Berg bet and Noori called after scoping out his new holding.

Berg showed {9-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}{4-Spades}{3-Hearts} for a nine-seven and seven-badugi. That was a scooper.

Get Those Game Plaques Ready! It's Time for the Dealer's Choice Championship

2017 Champion John Racener
2017 Champion John Racener

Welcome back to the Rio All-Suite Hotel and Casino and the 2018 World Series of Poker for Day 1 of Event #18: $10,000 Dealer's Choice 6-Handed!

Yesterday saw the completion of the $1,500 buy-in installment of this event where Jeremy Harkin topped a 406-player field to capture the $129,882 first prize and his first WSOP bracelet. Now it's time for the big dog to take center stage!

For the third straight year, players have been offered the opportunity to play a big buy-in tournament that truly tests the all-around skills of every player over a variety of flop, draw, and stud games. With 20 games to choose from, players won't just need to apply their skills to actual game play, but also to choosing what game might give them the biggest edge over their competition.

In the inaugural running of this even in 2015, Quinn Do emerged victorious over the 108-player field to capture the $319,792 first prize and his second WSOP gold bracelet. The following year in 2016 saw the field size swell to 118 players, and it would be Jean Gaspard capturing his first WSOP gold bracelet after he defeated Billy O'Neil heads-up for the $306,621 first prize. Then last year saw John Racener break through for his first WSOP gold bracelet when he topped the 102-player field for the $273,962 first prize.
