It was not long ago when Norway's "Gnagelram" had doubled through Samuel Vousden when tens held against ace-five and they were looking for yet another double when jamming for more than 2.1 million in the cutoff. Vousden isolated by shoving for slightly more in the small blind and Benjamin Rolle let go in the big blind.
