Day 2 of the PLOSSUS is in the Starting Gate

Ajay Chabra, top ten stack coming into Day 2
Ajay Chabra, top ten stack coming into Day 2

It's nearly time for Day 2 action in WSOPC #10: $400 CHRISTMAS PLOSSUS, $1.225M Gtd. The final few Day 1 flights are playing out as the start of Day 2 approaches, and players from the final flights today will join 330 players who have already booked their seat for later today.

Nearly 3,500 total entries have been recorded so far across the Day 1 flights, including more than 2,500 unique players combining for almost 900 rebuys so far. Players who manage to maintain their stack through Day 1 play will sit down to Day 2 at 1:30 p.m. ET (6:30 p.m. UTC) and will start the day with blinds at 5K/10K. Levels will increase every 15 minutes, and they'll keep playing today until the final table is set with nine remaining.

Among the players who have already booked at stack for Day 2 of this event is Ajay "Ross_Geller" Chabra. Chabra is fresh off a final table run in yesterday's WSOPC #8: $600 Marathon No-Limit Hold'em where he bagged more than $20K for 6th place. He brings a top ten stack into today's Day 2 of Event #10 with more than 1.2 million chips.

Joining Chabra on Day 2 will players like Mario Mosboeck, who also made a deep run in yesterday's WSOPC #8, finishing in 15th place, as well as Finnish legend Juha Helppi, Canada's Mike Watson, and Russia's Mikhail Semin among many others.

The final numbers aren't in yet, but the prize pool is already well over $1.3M and growing. Stay tuned here for all the Day 2 action from WSOPC #10 as they play down to a final table.
