river. Acosta jammed for just over 1.1 million.
"Fours?" Gagliano wondered. "What on earth happened here? I got there, too."
Gagliano seemed to be truly struggling.
"Do you think ace-ten is good?"
Gagliano finally sighed and called.
Acosta turned over
