With about 6,000 chips already in the middle and the board reading , Andres Infante was on the button and heads-up against a player in middle position. The middle-position player checked, Infante bet 2,000, and his opponent check-raised to 5,500. Infante called.

Hugo Marcelo opened with a raise to 2,200 from early position and he got calls from Gustavo Prato on the button and Homar Rassi in the big blind.
All three players checked the flop to see the on the turn. There, Rassi led out with a bet of 3,000 which both players called.
The river was the and Rassi slowed down and checked. Marcelo put out a big bet, relative to the size of the pot, of 17,000. Prato called quickly while Rassi folded. Marcelo showed for a flopped full house and that earned him the big pot, boosting him over 100,000 chips.
Brett Trevillian got the last of his short stack in the middle before the flop against Marcelo Cudos who had him covered by a fair margin.

Cudos had the preflop advantage and Trevillian needed to improve in order to win the coin flip and double up. The flop came giving Cudos a set and leaving Trevillian with little hope. The on the turn further improved Cudos to quad fives and left Trevillian drawing dead. The meaningless fell on the river and Cudos took the pot to send Trevillian to the rail.
With a substantial pot of about 18,000 already brewing on a flop of , Halysson Sala checked from the big blind, the under-the-gun player checked, and the cutoff checked behind.
The turn brought the and Sala lead out for 8,000. The under-the-gun player quickly folded, and after a few moments of consideration, the cutoff did, as well. Sala showed as he took the chips.

The turn was the and both players checked to see the on the river. Sala fired again on the river, this time for 7,000. The button player thought for about 15 seconds, then turned up his folding. Sala smiled as he raked in the pot.
