Stuer Busts Lecomte

Nível 7 : 250/500, 50 ante

Quentin Lecomte has been knocked out, he called all in on the end of a {6-}{7-}{Q-}{Q-}{4-} board with {J-Spades}{J-Clubs} but ran into Julian Stuer's {A-}{Q-}. As a result, Stuer is now up to 50,000 with around 30 minutes left until the end of the day.

Martin Jacobson
Martin Jacobson

November Niner Martin Jacobson has managed to double up, he squeezed all in for 14,175 from the big blind after a raise in late position and a call in the small blind. The original raiser called and Kent Lundmark in the small blind folded.

Original raiser: {A-Hearts}{J-Spades}
Jacobson: {6-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}

The board came {3-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}{10-Spades}{7-Hearts} and Jacobson's sixes stayed good to move him back to his starting stack.

Makes No Sense To Shak

Nível 7 : 250/500, 50 ante
Dan Shak
Dan Shak

Dan Shak bet 6,000 into a pot of 12,000 on the turn of a board showing {4-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}. Achille Voltolina, his only opponent sat to his left, moved all in for 24,000. Shak tried to make sense of it.

“Makes no sense at all.” Shak said and contemplated both his opponent and the board for a while. “No sense. How can you have a three in your hand? Set?” The confusion was complete and a frustrated Shak showed the {4-Diamonds} and mucked his hand.

Encouraged to “Show the bluff.” Voltolina turned over his {q-Hearts}{q-Clubs}. “I folded the winner.” Shak insisted claiming his other card was a {4-} before trying to question his opponent on whether he was worried about the straightening board on the turn. The language barrier proved to be an obstacle too far but Voltolina seemed to be saying he had over cards and was not worried at all.

“It made no sense.” Shak appealed to the table and finally got a, “No sense.” agreement from another player.

Katchalov Fighting Back

Nível 7 : 250/500, 50 ante

Eugene Katchalov has had a tough day, but is starting to battle back having seen his stack shrink to less than 15,000 at one point. The Team PokerStars Pro check-raised Jonathan Little's 1,300 bet to 3,000 on a {3-Spades}{4-Hearts}{6-Clubs} flop. Little briefly though about his options before electing to fold.

Mizrachi Can't Bluff Karlsson Off Aces

Nível 7 : 250/500, 50 ante
Michael Mizrachi
Michael Mizrachi

From under the gun, Jakob Karlsson raised to 1,200. Michael "The Grinder" Mizrachi called from middle position, Myrylo Kustov called from the hijack seat, Denys Shafikov called on the button, and Jean-Pierre Tseng Ah Wang called from the big blind to complete the preflop action.

The flop came down {10-Clubs}{4-Spades}{3-Hearts}, and Wang checked to Karlsson. As the preflop raiser, Karlsson fired a continuation bet of 2,200. Mizrachi called, and then Kustov, Shafikov, and Wang all folded.

The turn was the {6-Diamonds}, and Karlsson tapped the table to pass the action over to Mizrachi. The man they call "The Grinder" bet 3,500, but that wasn't enough to shake Karlsson, as he called to see the {5-Clubs} complete the board on the river. Karlsson checked again, and Mizrachi fired 6,200 this time. Karlsson stood strong to the test again and called.

Mizrachi tabled the {K-Hearts}{Q-Hearts} for just king high. Karlsson showed the {A-Diamonds}{A-Spades} and took down the pot.
