Fabio Peluso opened to 450,000 from middle position, Lucas Scafini called in the cutoff, and Jacob Amsellem defended the big blind.
The dealer spread the flop and action checked to Scafini. He bet 600,000, Amsellem called, and Peluso raised to 1,775,000. Scafini called and Amsellem folded.
Both players checked the turn to the
river. Peluso checked, Scafini slid forward a bet of 2,800,000, and Peluso called fairly quickly.

Tibor Nagygyorgy:
Jacob Amsellem :
The flop was a safe one for Nagygyorgy and so was the
turn. Nagygyorgy shut his eyes hoping to fade a river ace, and the dealer completed the board with the
to improve him to a straight and secure the double.

Tibor Nagygyorgy opened to 525,000 from middle position and Lucas Scafini three-bet to 1,700,000. Action folded back to Nagygyorgy who four-bet to 3,525,000, and Scafini quickly announced "all-in". Nagygyorgy thought about it and called for his 7,850,000 chips.
Tibor Nagygyorgy:
Lucas Scafini:
Nagygyorgy was in rough shape as the dealer spread the flop. The
turn left him needing a river nine to stay alive, and the
indeed spiked the river as Nagygyorgy gave a clap and a "Yes!" while he jumped in jubilation. Scafini, meanwhile, took a hit to his stack and could only put his hand on his face and shake his head in disbelief.

Francois Vincenti had gotten his stack of about 1,800,000 chips in on the button and was at risk against Jacob Amsellem in the big blind.
Francois Vincenti:
Jacob Amsellem:
The flop and
turn left Vincenti needing only an eight on the river, and the
hit the felt to keep his tournament life alive, while some in the room groaned at the feeling of déjà vu as it was the second unlikely rivered two-outer to prevent pay jumps in a very short amount of time.
