Day 1a is the first of six starting flights that will take place inside Casino Barcelona over the next three days. Players will begin with 30,000 chips and play 40-minute levels. The day will conclude when 15 percent of the field remains, with all the surviving players in the money. Day 2 will pick up at the earliest level from the Day 1 flights.
With players allowed two entries per flight, a massive field and prize pool is expected. The PokerNews live reporting team will be on hand proving all the updates until a champion is crowned on August 14.
