Arsenii Karmatckii opened to 35,000 in middle position and picked up three callers along the way. The flop came 
and Karmatckii continued for 60,000. Rainer Kempe folded and Daniel Dvoress called on the button. Gianluca Speranza check-raised all in for 247,000 and Karmatckii shoved over the top. Dvoress asked for counts but elected to lay his hand down.
