In the cutoff, Martin Kabrhel raised to 2,000 and Tony Dunst three-bet to 6,000 from one seat over, Kabrhel called. The flop came 
and Kabrhel check-called a first continuation bet of 4,500 before doing so again on the 
turn for 8,500.
