Mike McDonald raised from the button to 41,000 and Sergey Lebedev three-bet from the small blind to 93,000. Juha Helppi folded from the big blind and McDonald four-bet to 180,000.

Lebedev gave it some thought before moving all in, and McDonald called right away.
